Stickers

Add 3 to 30 `.webp` stickers. Each sticker needs 1 to 3 emojis.

Static pack: each sticker must be static, 512x512, and <= 100KB. Static stickers are auto-optimized when possible.

Animated pack: each sticker must be animated, 512x512, <= 500KB, and <= 10s duration.

Fill in the pack details, then publish.
