Upon downloading or using the application, you automatically agree to these terms. Read them carefully before using the app.

The application stores and processes personal data you provide in order to deliver the service. You are responsible for keeping your device secure. Rooting or jailbreaking your device may reduce security and can cause the application to stop functioning properly.

Connectivity and Usage

Some functions require an active internet connection through Wi-Fi or your mobile provider. The service provider is not responsible if the application does not function fully because connectivity is unavailable or your data allowance has been exhausted.

If you use the application outside a Wi-Fi area, your mobile network provider's terms still apply. You may incur data or roaming charges. You are responsible for those charges and for ensuring you have permission from the bill payer if you are not the one who pays for the device.

You are also responsible for keeping your device charged. The service provider is not responsible if you cannot access the service because your device has no power.

Availability and Updates

The service provider strives to keep the application accurate and up to date, but depends on third parties for some information. The service provider accepts no liability for direct or indirect loss resulting from reliance on the application.

The application may be updated over time. You may need to install updates to keep using it. The service provider may also discontinue the application at any time without notice. If that happens, the rights granted under these terms end and you must stop using the application and delete it from your device if necessary.
